At Maanesten, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique jewelry and accessories, which is why we offer a 14-day return period from the day you receive your order. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log in to our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Items

  Place the jewelry securely in its original Maanesten box and use the protective shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized postal point; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
